  1. Another excellent episode, sirs. I guess I'm in the minority by considering "Cecil B. Demented" one of my top five fictional films about making films.

      You know, I totally forgot about "Cecil" - I saw that in the theater and I really liked it. What's funny about that film is that I don't think you could do that today in the "post-9/11" world.

  2. You're probably right. Which is a shame because that's one of my all time favorite films and it, in no small way, contributed to my own decision to pursue filmmaking as a career/creative outlet.

    Oh, and Terror Firmer is good too. With the exception of Tales From the Crapper, I love Lloyd's "angry era" work.

  3. The movie in question's not really my cup of tea but it's always fun to listen to Uncle Lloyd prattle on. The best part of about this episode was Mike and Rob revealing their lists of favourite 'Films about Filmmaking' (which they should post on the website for easy reference.)
